Listed below are the current positions we are immediately hiring for:

Screen Printing Production

We have immediate openings for full time textile screen printers. Experience operating automatic and/or manual textile presses a plus, but not required as full training will be given. Applicant must be willing to work in fast paced environment. We offer competitive rates and benefits.

Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representatives are assigned some existing accounts when they are first hired but are mainly expected to bring in and manage new business. All Sales Rep’s are assigned an Internal Customer Service Representative who processes and follows up on the administrative end of sales orders.

Compensation is based upon a percentage of accounts managed and may or may not include a draw on commissions. Vacation, sick leave, health and retirement plan are provided.

The ideal employee has 2-4 years of corporate selling experience, is enthusiastic, goal-oriented and organized.

The Sales Rep’s main job is to develop new accounts and grow sales with existing ones. Sales Rep’s are expected to grow their sales base by continually maintaining and building customer relationships. Sales focus is on Metro D.C. companies who place sizeable orders and/or continually order throughout the year.

The main job tasks fall into the following categories:

1. Meeting with customers and/or prospects to qualify and develop relationships.

2. Generate quotes for existing customers and prospects.

3. Source products for existing customers and prospects.

4. Work with Customer Service in following through on orders once we have received them from a customer.

The main focus of the Sales Rep is to develop relationships and grow their sales base. Customer Service Reps aid the OSR in order maintenance.
